Whole Body Cryotherapy (WBC)

Whole Body Cryotherapy (WBC) is a sophisticated method of cold therapy involving three minutes of skin exposure to temperatures between -200°F to -250°F. This extreme cold is achieved through the use of liquid nitrogen. Because of the intense cold, one’s body reacts by sending blood to the core, and in turn releasing anti-inflammatory molecules and endorphins. While it’s been used to treat conditions such as multiple sclerosis and rheumatoid arthritis in Japan since the late 1970s, it is now catching up in India and is being looked upon as a powerful adjunct treatment for reducing symptoms of pain and inflammation associated with a number of chronic conditions along with treating sport injuries and even allergic skin conditions. At Nano hospitals, it is all done under strict monitoring and supervision of the experts.
